1. Scope

These terms govern the use of Altinfix (altinfix.com), operated by Rami Technics. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Intellectual property

The design, software, texts and calculation methods of the site, and the way data is compiled and arranged, belong to Rami Technics. Raw market data belongs to the respective data providers, and the open-source components used belong to their licensors (Data sources and methodology).

3. No automated data extraction

Collecting, copying, republishing or commercially using the site's data by bots, spiders or similar automated software without permission (scraping) is prohibited. Normal crawling by search engines is exempt.

Linking to the site and quoting short extracts with attribution is permitted.

4. Changes to the service

Rami Technics reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the site's content and services, the data feed or these terms without prior notice. The current terms are always on this page.

5. Liability

The nature of the information on the site and the limits of liability are explained in the Disclaimer.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Kocaeli, Turkey, have jurisdiction. Mandatory rights that consumers enjoy under the laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.
