1. General information and scope
Altinfix (altinfix.com) is an independent information platform operated by Rami Technics. It publishes exchange rates, gold and other precious metal prices, and related charts and calculations. All prices, charts, ratios and calculations on the platform are for general information only.
The platform does not provide trading services; it does not hold or transfer money or precious metals and does not carry out transactions on behalf of users.
2. Not investment advice
No data, calculation, chart, comment or content on the platform constitutes investment advice or an investment recommendation within the meaning of Turkish Capital Markets Law No. 6362 and the regulations of the Capital Markets Board, the EU MiFID II Directive or comparable legislation in other countries.
Nothing on the platform is an offer or invitation to buy, sell or hold any investment. Users are solely responsible for any loss arising from decisions they make on the basis of this information.
3. Nature of the prices
Prices on the platform are mid-market values (between the buying and selling price). Banks, exchange offices and jewellers apply their own buying and selling prices, which may differ from those shown here.
- Gram gold is calculated from the price of gold per troy ounce and the USD/TRY rate.
- Coin prices (Çeyrek, Yarım, Tam, Cumhuriyet and others) are calculated from the value of the gold they contain plus an average premium; the price at a jeweller depends on that jeweller's premium.
- The weekend indicator is calculated from a gold-backed digital asset that trades while the official market is closed, and may differ from Monday's opening price.
- Crypto-asset prices are for information only.

4. Data accuracy, delays and limitation of liability
- Data on the platform is obtained from third-party data providers and market sources.
- Technical faults, interruptions of the data feed, delays or deviations caused by data providers may temporarily cause the data to differ from actual market prices.
- Rami Technics does not guarantee that the data is uninterrupted, error-free, up to date or absolutely accurate, and cannot be held liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from data errors, delays or connection failures, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
5. Affiliate and third-party links
The platform may contain affiliate or sponsored links to third-party businesses that sell physical gold and precious metals. Such links are always marked "Partner" or "Sponsored". The platform may earn a commission on purchases made through these links; this does not affect the price the user pays.
- Rami Technics is not responsible for the content, reliability or prices of websites reached through these links, or for purchases and transactions made on them.
- Transactions on third-party websites are governed entirely by that website's terms of use and privacy policy.
